- View Active Calls
- All currently open grant opportunities are listed on your Dashboard after logging in.
- You can filter by:
- Funding Type (Internal, External, Partnership)
- College/Institute
- Research Theme (Health, Agriculture, Engineering, Social Sciences, etc.)
- Deadline Date
- Grant Value Range
- View Upcoming Calls
- Grants scheduled for future release are listed under “Upcoming Opportunities”.
- You can set up email alerts to be notified when a call in your area of interest opens.
- Search Archives
- Browse closed and awarded grants for reference.
- Useful for reviewing past winning proposals, understanding funding trends, and preparing for future calls.
Types of Grants You Can Browse

Steps to Apply After Browsing
- Click “View Details” on any grant of interest.
- Carefully review the eligibility criteria, guidelines, and required documents.
- Click “Start Application” to begin your proposal (only available during open call periods).
- Ensure all co-investigators are added and your department head approves the submission.
Important Notes
- Deadlines are strict. The system will automatically close submissions at the published deadline time.
- Eligibility is automated. If you do not meet the criteria set by the funder, the system may restrict your application.
- Contact the funder. Each grant listing includes a “Contact for Questions” section—usually a UoG research administrator or the external funder’s point of contact.
